What this opportunity involves:*

As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional facilities services for the Australia Post Enterprise portfolio. This role puts you in charge of operating and maintaining designated properties while managing financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor programs. You'll work collaboratively with a large, experienced FM team where we embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career. Your focus will be on building strong stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure service delivery expectations are consistently met without introducing financial or tenure risk.

An overview of the role:*

  • Proactively develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are fulfilled
  • Take responsibility for delivering customer and property services across your allocated portfolio of buildings
  • Conduct regular building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframes for your respective portfolio
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, client contract requirements and all facilities procedures
  • Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of your portfolio and share continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunction with the JLL PDS account team
  • Deliver facilities-related projects in line with agreed budgets and scope of works
  • Proactively manage and monitor service outputs to achieve standards against KPIs and service level targets, reporting regularly to key stakeholders
  • Understand the operational and technical requirements of the site elements for which JLL is responsible

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:*

  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or a related field
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in front and back-office processes
  • Demonstrated aptitude in interpreting and analysing numerical data for reporting
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems
  • Demonstrated client reporting and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Understanding of reactive and routine maintenance provision, including 24-hour call-out/contact requirements across the allocated portfolio
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade-related fields (desirable)
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property including Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller systems, Fire Protection systems, Mechanical and Electrical systems, and BMS systems (advantageous)
