About this role

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team based in Manchester or Leeds with weekly travel to sites within Northern region.

Hours: 40 hours per week (0800 – 1700 Monday to Friday)

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to support the delivery of excellent facilities management services across our Northern region properties. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in ensuring both hard and soft facilities management services meet the highest standards. You'll be working closely with the Regional Facilities Manager, helping to build strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in delivering high-quality, compliant services across the corporate estate. Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting the effective delivery of both hard and soft facilities management services across properties in the Northern region
  • Assisting with the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance requirements to ensure compliance
  • Liaising with construction, contractor and supplier teams to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and legislative requirements are in place and up to date at all sites
  • Managing client relationships professionally and promoting excellent customer satisfaction

This role of Facilities Manager is great for you if

  • You have operational experience in facilities management (both hard and soft services) in a similar environment
  • You have experience managing pre-planned maintenance processes and understand compliance requirements
  • You possess strong communication and influencing skills and can build effective relationships at all levels
  • You have Health and Safety experience and are committed to safe working practices
  • You're enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
