Who We Are Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in facilities management within a commercial property environment.
  • Experience coordinating soft services, including cleaning, security, and other site support functions.
  • Strong tenant, contractor and stakeholder management skills.
  • A practical, responsive approach to repairs, maintenance and day-to-day issues.

The role

We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day operation of, a 30,000 sqm A-grade office tower in Sydney’s CBD.. You’ll be a key point of contact for repairs, maintenance and general non-lease matters, helping ensure the building operates smoothly and tenants receive a responsive, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the building’s soft services, including cleaning and security contractors.
  • Act as a key contact for tenants on repairs, maintenance and general facilities matters.
  • Work closely with the on-site concierge team to support the tenant experience.
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities activity and follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Build effective relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the safe, smooth and professional operation of the asset.
