*Who we are -*We are GUK, and together we are proud to be at the forefront of protection management across multiple sectors. We offer the ultimate in business security solutions and deliver the highest quality of professional service.

*The Role -*You’ll be at the heart of the building experience — delivering exceptional service while creating a welcoming, professional and secure environment.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Deliver an exceptional welcome to visitors, clients, residents and colleagues.
  • Provide a professional, highly visible Front of House security presence.
  • Manage visitors, access control, passes and appointments.
  • Provide concierge-style assistance with enquiries, directions, taxis and deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers, contractors and building teams.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms and security systems where required.
  • Remain alert to security risks, suspicious activity and potential hazards.
  • Conduct patrols and respond confidently to incidents and emergencies.
  • Maintain clear, accurate incident reports, logs and handovers.
  • Maintain impeccable Front of House and customer service standards.

What We're Looking For - You will be someone who can make people feel welcome without ever compromising security.

  • You must have a valid SIA licence – essential.
  • Experience in security, concierge, reception, hospitality or a premium customer-facing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A confident, polished and professional presence.
  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A proactive approach and genuine willingness to help.
  • Strong reliability, teamwork and personal accountability.
  • Good IT, administration and written reporting skills.

Experience within a corporate, residential, luxury or high-profile environment, together with CCTV, access control, visitor management or First Aid experience, would be advantageous.

*More Than Security -*We are looking for someone who engages, anticipates, reassures and takes ownership. If you have the professionalism of a security officer, the service standards of a concierge and the confidence to represent a premium environment, we want to hear from you.
