Job Description*

We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Full-time Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at ibis Styles Brisbane.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient team performance, and adhere to Accor service standards.

You will lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily operations such as check in/ check out, billing and reporting. Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Coordinate with other departments including Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor and develop the team, fostering a positive Heartist culture. Drive revenue through upselling and loyalty engagement. Ensure compliance with WHS, security and Accor brand standards.

Qualifications*

You will bring previous experience in a hotel Front Office as a Duty Manager, Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hotel systems, Opera and Accor systems is an advantage. Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings. Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
