Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled *SIA Licensed Security Officer*to support the daily operation of one of our flagship retail clients - the new Harry Potter Store on Oxford Street. You will be part of a team of five Security Officers per shift, ensuring all customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
The role requires officers to maintain a professional and highly visible presence throughout the shop floor by conduction dynamic patrols, using observation and situational awareness, using initiative to identify and respond appropriately to security, safety and customer service concerns.
You will be working an average 42 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rotation, shifts will be 12-hours with alternate timings.

What you will need
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
- Previous experience within a retail, hospitality, or high-footfall environment is desirable
- Excellent observation and situational awareness skills
- A professional and proactive approach
- Ability to remain calm, composed and professional when dealing with challenging situations, incidents or emergencies
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do
- Maintain a highly visible, professional and approachable security presence throughout the Harry Potter Shop, Oxford Street.
- Conduct dynamic shop-floor patrols, actively observing the retail environment,
- Support the prevention and detection of theft, criminal activity and other security-related incidents.
- Continuously apply your SIA skills and security knowledge.
- Build positive and professional relationships with colleagues and client personnel, contributing to a strong security culture across the store.
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed.
