About this role

Opportunity to join Kinetic IT as an Information Security Manager supporting a large customer environment. This is a strategic role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, consulting on cyber governance, risk and assurance outcomes while fostering a strong security culture across multiple service delivery partners.

Responsibilities will include

  • Lead security compliance, governance and risk management in line with policies and industry best practice.
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing security advice on technology, operational and organisational change.
  • Drive security capability uplift through training, awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Building relationships with security stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional forums and working groups.
  • Partnering with infrastructure, applications and operations teams to ensure secure service delivery and address emerging risks.
  • Monitor security performance, identify improvement opportunities and support the ongoing security maturity of the ICT environment.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Experience designing, implementing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance background within highly regulated or security sensitive environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across large, distributed environments.
  • Current knowledge of emerging trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of cyber security frameworks, industry standards and risk management principles.
  • Experience embedding security into solution design, operational processes and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant Architecture and Assurance Certifications e.g. TOGAF, CISM/CISSP/CIPM
