Overview

Your experience running a shift, a custody suite or an operational unit gives you the people-and-process management this role demands — line management, SLA oversight and maintaining a robust control environment are second nature after policing. The role's emphasis on escalation handling, procedure documentation and operational resilience maps directly onto the command-and-control discipline you exercised daily. While the specific loan agency product knowledge will be new, the core of this job is operational leadership under pressure, which is exactly what you have done for years.
