As a global leader in our industry, we're looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead and govern logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role has end-to-end accountability for freight, warehousing, inventory management, distribution and final mile delivery. It is focused ensuring materials and equipment move safely, efficiently and cost-effectively across our network.

What you will be doing

  • Lead logistics operations across KONE Australia and New Zealand, including international freight, domestic transport, warehousing, inventory management and final mile delivery.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned to business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Manage complex logistics service provider relationships, contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Establish and drive governance frameworks, supplier KPIs and continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead warehousing operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, stock availability and operational efficiency.
  • Drive DIFOT, PIFOT and overall logistics performance across the supply chain network.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards and analytics to support operational and strategic decision making.

What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years' experience in logistics and supply chain leadership, with accountability across freight, transport, warehousing and distribution operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex logistics contracts, service providers, operational performance and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience in working complex warehouse operations: inclusive of bulk/large shipments, spare parts, asset management.
  • Strong experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation partners.
  • Proven ability to operate within complex corporate and matrix environments, managing relationships
  • SAP Super User-level experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis and performance management.
