Overview

Your experience leading operational teams, managing shift handovers, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols under pressure translates directly to overseeing site maintenance and contractor management. Your ability to coordinate responses to incidents and drive continuous improvement will serve you well in managing facility reliability and performance, though the role's requirement for a trade or technical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines is a significant gap that a typical policing career does not fill.
