Job Summary
We are currently recruiting Female Matchday Security Officers to join our expanding event security team working at stadiums across London. This role involves conducting searches of female spectators in accordance with venue policies and safety regulations. Due to the nature of the searching duties, this position is open to female applicants only.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting searching duties in line with event and safety regulations
- Managing queues and controlling access/egress points
- Monitoring crowd behaviour and responding to incidents
- Providing excellent customer service to spectators
- Supporting emergency procedures when required
- Ensuring compliance with venue policies and safety legislation
Requirements
- Previous experience in event security is essential
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, matchdays)

Our Recruitment Process

4. Paid trial shift at one of our stadiums.
Although we have a strict criteria and recruitment process we look for this process to be completed quickly, ideally within 10 working days, however that will largely depend on you and how quickly you provided us with the information we require.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
