  • Overseeing contractors and service partners and monitoring standards of service delivery
  • Working closely with the Technical Services Manager on operational and building services matters
  • Supporting health & safety, compliance and building management procedures
  • Monitoring the presentation and operation of front-of-house and common areas
  • Responding to occupier requests and ensuring issues are managed through to resolution
  • Supporting the management and delivery of planned works and operational projects

  • Working collaboratively with the wider on-site team to maintain a best-in-class commercial environment

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the operational management of a high-quality commercial property, ideally within a large multi-occupied office environment.

You will need to be highly personable and comfortable developing relationships with senior stakeholders and blue-chip occupiers, while also having a strong understanding of the operational requirements of a major commercial building.

A proactive approach, excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service and occupier experience will be essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading name within the property industry and become part of a dedicated on-site team responsible for a significant City of London asset.
