Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding service across multiple sites?

We’re looking for a commercially focused Operations Manager to join our Healthcare division, overseeing 16 sites across the M4 corridor and delivering high-quality catering services within retirement living communities.

What you’ll be doing…

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational and commercial performance of your sites, leading and developing teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients.

  • Leading, motivating and developing teams across multiple sites
  • Supporting Site Managers with recruitment, training, development and performance management
  • Managing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Building strong internal and external relationships, including client liaison and management reporting
  • Driving operational excellence, customer service and consistently high standards
  • Supporting menu planning and ensuring food quality and service standards are maintained
  • Planning and delivering effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, working with relevant support functions
  • Ensuring sites operate in line with Elior’s policies, procedures, compliance requirements and brand standards

Working Pattern: 5 Days over 7 | Monday to Friday | Field Based

What can you bring?

  • Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams, ideally within contract catering or a similar multi-site environment
  • Strong commercial understanding, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs and driving financial performance
  • Experience building and maintaining successful client and customer relationships
  • A genuine passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop large, diverse teams
  • Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Experience of contract catering is desirable, but we’re also open to candidates with strong transferable multi-site operational experience.
