Overview

This role focuses on OT network security engineering, requiring deep technical expertise in firewalls, routing, and industrial networking. While policing develops some risk assessment and incident response skills, the core technical demands—CCNA, CISSP, hands-on configuration of Palo Alto and Fortinet—are not typical police experience, making direct transfer unlikely without significant retraining.
