Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol retail premises to deter theft, vandalism, and anti-social behaviour.
- Observe and report suspicious activities and incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prevent and detect shoplifting and internal theft.
- Complete incident, accident, and daily activity reports accurately and promptly.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Provide a visible security presence and excellent customer service.
- Work closely with store management, employees, and emergency services when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
