About this role

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and professional Luxury Retail Security Officer to join our team, providing first-class security and customer service within prestigious luxury retail stores across the UK.

This role is more than just security you will be the first point of contact for customers, representing both the client and our organisation with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while actively preventing crime and protecting high-value stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, customers, and visitors.
  • Provide a highly visible and professional security presence.
  • Prevent theft, shoplifting, and organised retail crime through proactive patrols and vigilance.
  • Deter and respond to suspicious behaviour in accordance with company procedures.
  • Protect staff, customers, property, and high-value merchandise.
  • Conduct regular patrols and security checks.
  • Accurately complete incident reports and maintain security records.
  • Liaise professionally with store management, colleagues, and emergency services when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures.

Essential Requirement

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or SIA Security Guard Licence.
  • Previous experience within retail security, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service. ( Minimum 1- 2 Years )
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A smart, well-presented, and professional appearance.
  • Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
