Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Operations Manager to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment through proactive management, surveillance oversight, incident response, and comprehensive reporting. Your leadership will drive the implementation of security protocols, coordinate emergency responses, and foster a culture of safety across the organization. Duties
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures to ensure organizational safety.
- Oversee surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring and camera audits, to detect and respond to potential threats or breaches.
- Manage daily security operations, including access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead incident investigations by collecting evidence, writing detailed reports, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols and visual inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards.
- Train security staff on surveillance techniques, report writing standards, emergency procedures, and first aid protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, access logs, and security activities to support audits and investigations.
Experience
- Proven experience in security management or a related field with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and security technology integration.
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and thoroughly.
- First aid certification or experience in emergency medical response is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with security regulations and compliance standards relevant to organizational operations.
