The Security Operations Specialist provides general and emergency assistance to clients worldwide, using established operational protocols and client-focused procedures. In this role, you will develop your understanding of global security while supporting clients through a complex and challenging risk landscape. You will work as part of a Crisis24 Global Operations Centre (GOC), which serves as the operational hub for delivering services to our global clients. You should have an aptitude for providing clear security advice and practical assistance to clients in difficult situations. You must be able to manage a wide range of responsibilities, from routine monitoring to supporting complex emergency response and evacuation operations. The role requires you to balance the efficient delivery of daily tasks with the ability to respond to and help resolve unexpected, complex events. This includes providing immediate support and advice to people affected by live security incidents. Central to the role is the ability to remain calm, clear, and effective under pressure; collaborate with a global team to deliver solutions in real time; and complete routine operational tasks with focus and accuracy. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in security and risk management who are looking to further develop their skills and deepen their expertise in an operational environment.
