Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Security Supervisor – Mobile Patrol to oversee mobile patrol operations and manage on-shift security staff. The role requires a hands on supervisor who can carry out patrols, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure high standards of security and professionalism across all assigned sites.

Requirements

• Valid SIA licence (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a security supervisory role
• Mobile patrol experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage staff and resolve issues effectively
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile patrols across designated locations
• Supervise security officers and provide operational support
• Create and manage staff rotas and shift schedules
• Ensure all patrols and duties are completed to company standards
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Complete accurate reports and maintain records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SIA standards
• Maintain a professional presence at all times
