Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Team Leader Investigations, you’ll play a key role in investigating complex matters and supporting sound decision-making across the business. Your work will help protect Tabcorp’s reputation, strengthen compliance, and provide trusted insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Specifically, you will;

  • Conduct investigations into policy, regulatory and conduct matters
  • Manage sensitive whistleblower matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare clear evidence-based reports and investigation outcomes
  • Partner with regulators, law enforcement and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and share investigative expertise
  • Identify control gaps, risks and improvement opportunities

What You'll Need To Succeed

You’re a confident and experienced investigator who combines sound judgement with humility and care. You enjoy working closely with others, follow established processes, and can move quickly without compromising quality or attention to detail.

  • Experienced in complex corporate or regulatory investigations
  • Proven ability gathering, analysing and assessing evidence
  • Strong capability producing balanced and defensible findings
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality
  • Experienced building trusted stakeholder relationships collaboratively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and factual reporting
