We are seeking a Site Manager to ensure that Bestwood Country Park remains safe, secure, and compliant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and values community service. You will play a vital role in maintaining the park's facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and inviting for all visitors, staff, and volunteers.
As a Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting routine safety and compliance checks to ensure all facilities meet required standards.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and safety checks.
- Performing janitorial duties, including cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
- Managing waste effectively to maintain a tidy environment.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the park and helping to uphold high standards across the site.
To thrive in this role, you should possess
- A general standard of education.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks is advantageous but not essential.
