We're seeking a motivated and member-focused Team Lead - Service Investigations to lead a high-performing team responsible for resolving complex member matters, driving quality outcomes and delivering exceptional service experiences. This is a permanent opportunity.

  • Lead and support the Service Investigations team to deliver quality member outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, priorities and service delivery.
  • Support the resolution of complex member enquiries, escalations and complaints.

What you'll need to have

  • Experience leading, mentoring or supporting others in an operational environment.

  • Experience managing complex enquiries, escalations or investigations.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and performance management skills.
