We're seeking a motivated and member-focused Team Lead - Service Investigations to lead a high-performing team responsible for resolving complex member matters, driving quality outcomes and delivering exceptional service experiences. This is a permanent opportunity.

- Lead and support the Service Investigations team to deliver quality member outcomes.
- Monitor team performance, priorities and service delivery.
- Support the resolution of complex member enquiries, escalations and complaints.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and member experience.

What you'll need to have
- Experience leading, mentoring or supporting others in an operational environment.
- Strong understanding of LeavePlus operations, member service practices and processes.
- Experience managing complex enquiries, escalations or investigations.
- Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes.
- Strong organisational and performance management skills.
