Act as Sodexo's principal on-site contact for clients, colleagues, contractors and suppliers.

Manage and support the on-site cleaning team, including work allocation, quality inspections and performance.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and workplace presentation.

Coordinate the daily complimentary breakfast service, ensuring products are stocked, presented and maintained to food safety standards.

Monitor breakfast stock levels, ordering and waste.

Coordinate visits from mobile engineers, contractors and specialist service providers.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and respond professionally to service requests.

Carry out workplace inspections and report maintenance, health and safety or compliance issues.

Maintain accurate records, including inspections, contractor attendance, incidents and service requests.

Promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support audits, emergency response arrangements and continuous service improvement.

Manage delegated site expenditure, consumables and operational resources.

Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or operational services.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
