About this role
Our client, a well established insurance business in the City, is looking for a Complaints Investigator to join its complaints team.
You will own complaint cases end to end, investigating concerns of varying complexity and producing clear, well reasoned written responses in line with regulatory requirements and internal policy.
The cases are genuinely investigative. You will be interpreting policy documentation, weighing evidence, spotting trends and resolving matters that range from the straightforward to the highly complex, always with the customer outcome front of mind.
- You will have solid experience handling complaints within an FCA regulated financial services environment, ideally within general insurance.
- You write to a high standard, including correspondence to legal representatives and senior stakeholders, and you are confident identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.
- You manage your own caseload well, working to service standards without sacrificing quality.
