About this role

We are exclusively recruiting for an award-winning property consultancy looking for a Compliance Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their compliance career, to gain broad exposure and develop their experience while providing administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the firm’s compliance, governance and risk management framework.

Whilst not essential, knowledge or experience gained within a Real Estate or property-related environment would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance registers, databases and management information systems, ensuring records are accurate, current and audit-ready.
  • Monitor and track compliance actions, escalating overdue items and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Undertake client due diligence, including sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, and maintain supporting AML documentation.
  • Maintain documentation for ISO management systems and assist with internal audit scheduling and administration.
  • Maintain accident, incident and near-miss records, and support administration of risk assessments and safe working procedures.
  • Whilst not essential, knowledge or experience gained within a Real Estate or property-related environment would be advantageous.
