  • Monitor customer accounts, identify risk and behavioural indicators and carry out appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct customer risk profiling and review due diligence documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding Safer Gambling and due diligence in a clear, professional and empathetic way.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents and compliance activity.
  • Work closely with Customer Support and other teams to promote a strong culture of compliance.
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance processes and controls.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a compliance role within the iGaming industry, with direct experience of the UKGC regulatory framework.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Safer Gambling requirements, including customer interactions, affordability assessments and harm minimisation.
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT requirements within the remote gambling sector.

  • Familiarity with AML/KYC screening, transaction monitoring and customer profiling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A professional, empathetic and confident approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
