Compliance and Assets Officer

People First Healthcare | Full-Time | Melbourne

People First Healthcare is a growing organisation operating across healthcare, allied health, imaging, construction and home modifications. We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Compliance and Assets Officer to join our team.

This is a diverse, hands-on role responsible for coordinating procurement, supplier and contractor relationships, third-party provider networks, fleet and asset management across People First Healthcare, People First Workforce, InOne Healthcare and Ace Renovation Group.

You will be responsible for

  • Sourcing and managing suppliers, contractors and service providers.
  • Coordinating third-party allied health and healthcare provider networks.
  • Obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Managing supplier, provider and contractor agreements and renewals.
  • Coordinating provider credentialing, compliance and documentation.
  • Monitoring supplier and provider performance.
  • Managing Group fleet, fuel cards, vehicle servicing and renewals.
  • Maintaining Group-wide asset and supplier registers.
  • Supporting procurement of construction, maintenance and operational equipment.
  • Developing and improving procurement, vendor and asset management processes.

About You

We are looking for someone who is

  • Experienced in contractor management, vendor management, supplier management, or fleet management or a similar role.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with strong administration skills.
  • Confident managing multiple suppliers, providers and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, practical and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong with systems, administration and reporting.
  • Experienced in healthcare, allied health, NDIS, construction or a multi-business environment (desirable).
