About Deploi
Frontline industries such as security, care, facilities and events rely on millions of workers, yet their compliance and onboarding processes are still dominated by spreadsheets, legacy portals, paper forms and slow outsourced workflows. It’s inefficient, costly and fundamentally unfit for the scale of today’s frontline operations.
Deploi is changing that.
We’re building the next generation of agentic AI compliance technology for frontline workforces. Our platform, powered by our AI Copilot, automates background checks, onboarding and continuous monitoring, enabling organisations to deploy fully cleared workers faster, safer and at lower cost.
With a global workforce of more than 3 billion frontline workers, the opportunity is enormous. Legacy tools weren’t built for this scale; AI-native compliance will define the next decade.
We’ve already secured major partnerships, shipped transformative products and laid the foundations for a US expansion. As a small, high-ownership team, every new hire plays a pivotal role in shaping our technology, culture and trajectory.
Joining Deploi now means building industry-defining AI products at a moment of massive market shift.
