International Law Firm

Our client, a top international law firm, is actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Compliance Officer to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as a Compliance Officer, focusing on Legal Conflicts.

You'll be part of the wider Business Acceptance team - playing a key role in risk and reputation management and ensuring all new clients and matters are opened in accordance to their procedures.

As the successful Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Conducting conflict searches in accordance with the firm's procedures and policies
  • Monitoring updates to sanctions lists and running searches
  • Ensuring conflict searches are completed
  • Sending Terms and Conditions to new clients when required
  • Monitoring the shared team inbox and actioning accordingly
  • Following up with matter teams for engagements letters (and uploading into Intapp)

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following

  • Have between 1-2 years' law firm experience, focusing on Legal Conflicts
  • Have proven experience using Intapp (Open, Conflicts, Terms)
  • Be able to commute to the London office 3 days a week
