To continue this success, we are hiring a Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst who will be responsible for the response to security incidents, threats and vulnerabilities. Within the Cyber Fusion Center organization, this role requires the ability to fully engage in all phases of the incident lifecycle, including the skills to analyze event logs, computer artifacts, and other data sources to contain and resolve incidents or events, provide recommendations for remediation and determine the root cause.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and remediation of cybersecurity threats.
  • Conduct advanced threat analysis, digital forensics, and malware investigations to identify root causes and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts across enterprise environments using SIEM, EDR, and other security technologies, ensuring rapid resolution of incidents and minimizing business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to coordinate incident response efforts, provide status updates, and drive post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of detection capabilities, playbooks, processes, and knowledge repositories, while participating in after-hours incident response and on-call support as required.

Qualifications

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in Information Security, SOC Operations, and Incident Response, with expertise in threat detection, investigation, and remediation.
  • Proven ability to analyze security events, perform root cause investigations, and respond to advanced cyber threats within enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple security technologies, including SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, forensics, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams, driving incident resolution, and influencing outcomes in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive and customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and ITIL-based incident management experience, committed to continuous improvement and strengthening organizational security posture.
