At CSC, we're committed to protecting the retirement outcomes of millions of Australians. As our cyber security capability continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced a *Manager, Cyber Defence and Resilience*to join our Transformation & Technology team.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for safeguarding critical systems and information assets while partnering with senior leaders across the business to strengthen CSC's cyber security posture.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop CSC's Cyber Defence and Resilience team
  • Oversee cyber operations, including incident response, threat monitoring and vulnerability management
  • Strengthen CSC's security controls, technologies and resilience capabilities
  • Provide cyber security advice and assurance to senior leaders and governance forums
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage cyber risk and support business outcomes
  • Champion modern security practices, including Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles.
  • Promote a strong cyber security culture across CSC

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management or a related discipline
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT or similar will be highly regarded.
  • Experience working within cyber security, technology risk, audit, compliance or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements, such as NIST CSF, APRA CPS 234 and the Essential Eight
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
  • Experience building strong relationships across business and technology teams
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk-informed decision making
