We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium industrial assets across Northern Adelaide.

Its portfolio includes some of the country’s most advanced industrial and logistics facilities, supporting global brands and critical supply chains.

Working across a multi-site portfolio, you’ll partner with a globally recognised real estate investor while collaborating with an experienced team of property and facilities professionals interstate. You'll enjoy strong client relationships, diverse responsibilities, and excellent career development opportunities within a dedicated account.

A snapshot of your day

Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors

Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio

Conducting regular property inspections and proactively identifying improvement opportunities

Managing operating expenditure budgets and delivering cost-effective maintenance outcomes

Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects

What you'll bring

Experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Property Operations

A solid understanding of industrial building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic and essential services

Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience managing multiple sites and competing priorities

Experience with Yardi, Rapid Global or similar FM platforms (preferred)

A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
