About the Team

You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team of Security professionals dedicated to protecting our people, information and operations.

Together, you’ll foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where diverse perspectives drive innovation, strengthen security outcomes and support business success.

As Governance & Information Security Manager, you will develop, implement and adapt policies procedures for RDA in Australia.

This role will lead the development and implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). It will also establish and maintain the broader information Security function, including a local COMSEC account, Leader Auditor and ITSM capabilities.

A key focus will be achieving and maintaining certification of the RDA Corporate network against the required information security frameworks.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

  • Tertiary qualification in information technology or comparable qualifications;
  • Extensive experience in an IT security environment, establishing governance practices to achieve compliance with recognised standards or frameworks;
  • Experience in facilitating threat and risk assessments, developing roadmaps and delivering improvement initiatives;
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a collaborative team environment; and
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
