Overview

Your experience managing compliance, conducting checks, and liaising with authorities in policing translates well to this HR compliance role. However, the focus on UK employment law and sponsor licence administration is a specific regulatory area that may require additional training, and the part-time, hybrid nature may not fully utilise your operational leadership skills.
