About this role

Company Overview

David Samuel Properties Limited (DSPL) is a North-West based property investment and management company on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors and investment professionals. They invest across all sectors – offices, industrial, retail & leisure - throughout the UK.

David Samuel Asset Management Limited, the management arm of DSPL, has over 25 years of experience and currently manages a portfolio more than 175 properties and 1500 tenants. Through a team of over 30 in-house staff including surveyors and accountants, they manage/collect rent and service charge and asset manage all their portfolio in house.

The directors of DSPL have extensive experience, an in-depth understanding of the property market and a network of agents which has been established over many years. Using their superior market knowledge, they can add value through an active entrepreneurial asset management approach. This is particularly relevant with multi-let assets which often provides significant opportunity to create additional value through carefully thought out and well executed business plans.

The investment philosophy is founded on three key pillars; an entrepreneurial approach to asset management, an acute focus upon mispricing and an insistence that most of the return comes from income. Whilst DSPL are focused on achieving attractive investment returns, they are always mindful of risk and are completely aligned with investors by co-investing personal capital in every investment that is made.
