About this role

Job Title – Office Manager (Fire & Security)

Reports to:  Integrated Solutions Director

Contract: Permanent / FT

Role Purpose

Due to expansion Lodge Security are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing Integrated Solutions Division, based at our Redditch office. Sitting at the heart of our Technical operation (CCTV, Intruder and Fire), this role is focused on running an efficient, process led office that keeps our engineers, customer support teams and customers moving.

You'll play a key role in coordinating engineers and support teams, owning and improving our processes, and making sure every customer receives an excellent standard of service, response and communication.

A Day in the Life of a Lodge Office Manager

You will be a good communicator, a self-starter and very focused with a keen attention to detail, (plate spinning skills are a bonus!) - You're an experienced office or operations manager who thrives on bringing order to a busy, changing workload. No two days look the same for you. One morning you might be scheduling engineers and installation teams across the country, and by afternoon you're reviewing service data and KPIs to spot where we can do better and working with the team to implement improvements. The next day you're refining a process, reviewing financial data to ensure we are tracking against profitability targets and prepared for monthly invoice runs. You're comfortable working independently but also able to connect, manage and motivate the wider team to ensure deadlines are met, and you take real pride in the customer experience you deliver.

You bring a methodical, data driven approach to everything you do, know how to prioritise when everyone needs everything at once, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get the job done right. You'll work closely with our engineers, customer experience and management teams to keep service delivery running smoothly, commercially viable and to a consistently high standard.

You'll often be the first point of contact for our customers, so strong communication, a professional manner and a genuine focus on customer experience are just as important as your organisational ability.
