The Central Grants Team in Bridgend has a responsibility for managing all aspects of performance, finance and compliance relating to Early Intervention and Prevention grant funded initiatives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Central Grants Team in Bridgend Council, who are seeking to appoint a well-motivated individual who has experience in gathering/analysing data, outcomes and compliance of performance of Early Help services delivered both internally and by third sector providers of behalf of the council.

You will play a key role within the team having the ability to communicate effectively, provide effective solutions to problems and work well under pressure in order to meet demanding and conflicting deadlines.
