About this role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Risk Manager to join a leading consultancy supporting major energy programmes across the UK. It will appeal to someone with strong analytical skills who is confident facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders and using quantitative risk techniques to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain project risk management processes tailored to major infrastructure and nuclear programmes
  • Facilitate risk workshops, maintaining robust risk registers and ensuring threats, opportunities and mitigation actions are effectively managed
  • Undertake quantitative risk assessments (QRA) for cost and schedule, providing meaningful analysis to support project delivery
  • Produce clear risk reports, dashboards and presentations using tools such as Excel, Power BI and other project controls software
  • Collaborate with Project Controls, Planning, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure risks are identified, communicated and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle

In return you'll receive a salary up to £70k, 25 days holiday, matched pension contributions up to 5%, private medical insurance, health insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programme, gym membership and a cycle to work scheme.
