SHIFT PATTERN - 9.00 am to 5.30 on Monday to Friday, with weekend duty cover where required

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Operations**Manager to oversee and enhance security operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of people, property, and assets while maintaining a consistently high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage security personnel, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor, investigate, and report on security incidents, ensuring timely responses.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence and address concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and manage security budgets as required.

About You

  • Proven experience in a security management role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a valid SIA Licence.

Additional Requirements

All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
