About this role
A growing pensions and investment organisation is seeking a senior risk leader to drive its enterprise-wide risk management framework and assurance activities.
This is a permanent position paying up to £90,000 with 2 day per week in the office in Leeds.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the risk management framework, policies and standards.
- Provide independent risk advisory and assurance across the business.
- Advise Boards, Executives and Committees on strategic and emerging risks.
- Oversee risk reporting, KRIs and risk appetite monitoring.
- Support major business change, transformation and new propositions.
- Champion a strong risk culture through education, engagement and leadership.
About you
- Significant senior risk management experience in pensions, investments or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory and enterprise risk management.
- Experience with risk advisory, assurance, controls and GRC frameworks.
- Credible and confident working with senior stakeholders and Boards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
