You will be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining programme, managing safety and quality, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to our clients’ operations.

The role is best suited to someone who thrives in busy, occupied environments such as hospitals, schools, offices, retail centres and operational facilities.

  • Verify site set-out, critical dimensions and service interfaces
  • Coordinate client, consultant and stakeholder requirements
  • Conduct quality inspections and manage defect rectification
  • Maintain site records, reporting and project documentation
  • Support Project Managers in identifying risks, variations and commercial impacts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Proven experience managing projects in live operational environments
  • Strong trade coordination and programme management capability
