We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC II to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in Manchester

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

  • Support buy-side and sell-side clients in segregating, optimizing, financing, and transforming collateral to meet their financial and operational objectives.
  • Assess and determine the appropriate client account setup, while clearly communicating documentation requirements, regulatory considerations, market complexities, and industry expectations.
  • Oversee the opening of new accounts following completion of KYC and AML due diligence, including review of supporting Account Opening Checklists for accuracy and delivery of client training where applicable
  • Provide project management support for onboarding activities, including planning, scheduling, effort estimation, and issue/risk tracking, while ensuring timely communication of progress and escalation of potential delays or challenges.
  • Take ownership of the successful execution of smaller or less complex onboarding initiatives, maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of total work experience. Preferred roles in financial services, experience in securities, client facing, or project management roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and functions simultaneously, while balancing varying levels of complexity and urgency throughout the business day.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a broad range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
