Key accountabilities
Day to day duties
- Provide a range of Tax investigation and dispute resolution services to assist colleagues and clients through out the UK, who are either the subject of an enquiry or need to make a disclosure.
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure HMRC deadlines are met
- Monitor your own utilisation, productivity and WIP
- Managing trainees and junior resources to carry out the deliverables with a view to meeting HMRC deadlines
- Confident providing guidance and feedback to others in the team
What are we looking for?
- CTA qualified or HMRC qualified
- Previous Tax Investigation and Dispute Resolution knowledge and experience is essential
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
