How you will make an impact

As the Team Lead – Microsoft Azure Cloud Security & Solutions, you will take charge of building and mentoring an exceptional Azure-focused cloud support team while driving operational excellence. You’ll empower team members to realise their potential, ensuring they’re equipped with the skills, capability, and progression plans to meet and exceed customer needs. Through collaboration and a clear enterprise mindset, you'll enhance performance and lead by example.

Day to day you will

• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team specialising in Microsoft Azure to enable learning, development, and capability uplift.
• Understand each team member’s skills, drivers, and aspirations; support their professional growth and career advancement.
• Provide leadership support for your team’s day-to-day workloads, particularly focused on Azure-based solutions and security.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes by managing Azure-specific implementations, projects, and improvements.
• Collaborate across CyberCX teams to maximise value delivered to customers using Azure cloud platforms.
• Create a team culture of empowerment, collaboration, and accountability through engagement and alignment to shared goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience mentoring or coaching within a cloud environment, preferably Azure-focused.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative Azure-based solutions.
• Ability to respond to challenges with agility and resilience.
