We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Continuity/Recovery to join our Risk & Regulatory Compliance team. This role is located in Manchester, UK

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

  • Develop and implement business continuity plans by leveraging expertise in risk assessment to ensure seamless recovery processes.
  • Lead initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks through strategic planning and coordination with various departments.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular testing of recovery strategies and systems, ensuring their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance resilience strategies, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support in crisis situations, ensuring swift and effective decision-making to minimize impact.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Business Continuity or Risk Management are advantageous.
  • Exceptional risk assessment and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in crisis management and recovery operations.
