What you will be doing

  • Support the delivery of the annual Compliance Assurance Programme through compliance monitoring and testing activities.
  • Gather and analyse data, documentation, processes and management information required to complete assurance reviews.
  • Document findings and recommendations, working collaboratively with stakeholders to agree appropriate actions.
  • Contribute to the preparation and presentation of Assurance Reports.
  • Track recommendations and actions arising from reviews, following up proactively through to completion.
  • Identify emerging trends, recurring issues and root causes, helping to drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • Review and assess evidence provided in support of action closure to ensure risks have been effectively addressed.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the wider Compliance & Risk Assurance team as required.
