Your Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to lead on technical & compliance matters on behalf of the People Solutions team and provide support to the wider team as and when required.
Key Tasks & Duties
- Lead internal audit activities, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing audit programmes.
- Undertake regional and divisional audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Act as the NDA Champion, providing guidance and oversight on non-disclosure agreements.
- Manage and approve wording changes to templates, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Serve as the key point of contact within the Professional Services team for Fee Agreement, TOBA (Terms of Business Agreement), and contract-related queries.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Process Operating Environment (SPOE) procedures.
- Conduct file reviews as required to monitor quality, compliance, and adherence to internal processes.
- Produce technical guidance and white papers for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Deliver compliance induction training for new recruits and provide ongoing training and regulatory updates to colleagues as required.
- Support and deliver ad hoc projects in line with business priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-house Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.

- CII Qualification
- Insurance experience ideally in employee benefits.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders
- Up to date with regulatory knowledge at all times
