Lutine Bell are currently supporting a well-established UK bank with the appointment of a Compliance Manager to join their established Compliance function.
This is an excellent opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to one of the Bank's retail business areas, providing regulatory guidance and supporting key change initiatives. The role offers broad exposure across compliance advisory, stakeholder engagement and governance, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their career within a highly visible and collaborative environment.
📍 Birmingham Area (Hybrid Working)
💰 Salary up to £60,000 + Benefits
Key responsibilities include but are not limited too
- Providing Compliance Advisory support to the Savings business on regulatory matters and change initiatives.
- Interpreting emerging regulatory requirements and supporting the business in implementing change.
- Preparing and presenting reports and insights for governance committees.
- Managing compliance queries and supporting a range of departmental and project-based initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
