  • Quality Assurance: Conduct independent compliance and ISO audits, uncover recurring risk trends, and champion continuous process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to gather compliance evidence, resolve documentation issues, and facilitate monthly compliance reviews.
  • Training Support: Coordinate statutory and mandatory training needs, maintain compliance records, and promote a strong culture of safety and compliance awareness across teams.

  • Solid experience reviewing statutory compliance documentation, maintenance records, and industry certifications.
  • Proven track record in delivering risk-based statutory audits, quality assurance checks, and producing clear, actionable audit reports.
  • Experience managing compliance trackers, remedial action plans, and audit backlogs.
  • Strong knowledge of assessing operations against relevant legislation, ACOPs, and SFG20 standards.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working within complex environments (e.g., PFI, healthcare, education, or public sector FM).
  • Professional qualifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or IOSH.
