Luxury Real Estate Agency - Residential - Compliance Officer - £60,000-£65,000 - Central London

ASAP START - reporting into the Financial Director

This is a key role within this luxury agency. The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring this company operates in accordance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, at all times.

The role will lead the firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Protection (GDPR), sanctions compliance, risk management, staff training, various policy development schemes and regulatory monitoring functions.

Working closely with senior management, sales and lettings teams to promote a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the whole business.

The role ensures that the business operates in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks governing all estate agency activities, including anti-money laundering obligations, full-end consumer protection legislation, financial crime regulations, while supporting the company’s international operations as well.
